Workshop: Driving Decarbonization in Turbulent Times and Beyond

January 14, 2021, 1pm ET

The 2020s were dubbed “The Climate Decade,” a time for organizations around the world to accelerate their commitments and action for climate resilience. While COVID-19 affected our global economy, the ways we work, and how businesses think about risk and resilience, the pandemic did not derail these sustainability commitments but instead reshaped and even accelerated them. In this workshop we’ll discuss and debate how 2020 has impacted corporate sustainability programs in the near and long term.

In this 60-minute session Brian Carey, Managing Director, Sustainability Solutions, ENGIE Impact, will virtually sit down with leaders from Dell, Logitech, and Applied Materials to share where they found opportunities to accelerate and increase decarbonization and resilience in their programs as we advance into what the UN has called “the Decade of Action”. Technology is such an important part of our businesses – you will not want to miss hearing from this line up.

The workshop is intended to be an open discussion and will include the opportunity for you to ask the questions that are keeping you up at night and learn from the panellists and your peers.

Hosts:

Brian Carey, Managing Director, Sustainability Solutions, Engie Impact
Chris Librie, Director of ESG, Corporate Sustainability and Reporting, Applied Materials
Prakash Arunkundrum, Head of Global Operations and Sustainability, Logitech
Page Motes, Director of Sustainability, Dell
