Last year, the U.S. federal government, through an OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard, mandated that businesses with 100 or more employees require their employees either to become vaccinated against COVID-19 or to submit to regular weekly testing for COVID-19. The government also mandated that certain federal contractors and subcontractors require vaccination for all their employees, with limited exceptions.
