Organizations can inspire and recruit the next generation of talent by investing in the young talent that is currently in the industry. If there are ways to empower and provide resources for the young generation currently in the workforce, they will be your best marketers when it comes to attracting the next generation of talent. The next generation doesn’t want to see what opportunities are available for VPs or Directors, they want to see (in real time) the resources provided to the entry level/first year employees. This gives them inspiration to the possibilities that are available within the industry and shows the commitment an organization has to developing their young talent.
